Paid Products — No Refunds
Eljefe Aptitude and the Lethal products are digital goods. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. ELJEFE is a reselling partner, so purchases are fulfilled through our partner and cannot be refunded once a license key or download has been delivered.
Replacements
Refunds are not offered. We may offer a free replacement if:
- The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
- The product is proven to be defective or non-functional
